Create, play, empower and celebrate! Lightning Bugs Kid’s Yoga playground is a week of yoga exploration, games and crafts. We will practice yoga according to the daily theme, play in partner yoga poses that encourage trust and connection. We will have guest teacher Heather Davis of Small Tribe Hoops bring in hoop play, Teach meditation for kids practices that
kids can use as a tool to support their day to day living.
What To Bring: please send your child in light weight comfortable play clothes, with a snack and a water bottle.
