Lightning Bug Kids Yoga! Mondays @ 5:30pm ages 4-9 years old Starting in September
Kids yoga at firefly is an amazing space for kids to grain simple mindfulness skills, feel empowered through asana practice and connect with friends in community. Kids learn yoga practice in a fun playful and self expressed environment.
Firefly offers a great extra perk! Parents can practice is studio A and/or hangout at the Juice Bar.
