● Cancellations: Cancellations must be made 3 hours before class to avoid losing a class credit or incurring a fee.
● Refunds: Purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
5. Class Policies and Conduct
To ensure a safe and respectful environment, all clients must:
● Arrive on time (late entry may not be permitted)
● Respect instructors, staff, and fellow students
● Refrain from using mobile phones during class
● Inform instructors of any injuries or conditions before class
We reserve the right to remove anyone from a class or event for disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior.

Yoga and fitness activities carry inherent risks. By participating in our classes, you confirm that:

● Share login credentials with others
We are not responsible for technical issues that may affect access to virtual classes.

All content on our website and in our classes — including logos, branding, videos, written content, and other materials — is the property of Firefly Yoga Studio and protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
